Michael Orozco Fiscal (born 7 February 1986 in Orange, California) is an American soccer player who plays as a defender for San Luis F.C. in the Mexican First Division.

He has been called into numerous American U-23 camps in preparation for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. He helped the U-23 Men's National team to qualify for the 2008 Olympics with stellar performance on defense; he was included in the Best XI of the 2008 CONCACAF Men’s Olympic Qualification All-Tournament Team. On July 17th, 2008, Orozco was named to the US team for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
