Melissa Rivers (born Melissa Warburg Rosenberg on January 20, 1968) is an American television co-host and the daughter of Joan Rivers.

Melissa is the only child of Rivers and the late British-born producer Edgar Rosenberg, who committed suicide in 1987. She took on her mother's stage surname for notoriety.

Rivers attended the private John Thomas Dye School in Bel-Air and then The Buckley School in Sherman Oaks (Joan always joked that Melissa went to Beverly Hills High School). She is a 1989 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
