On November 22, 2006 Live Online: Messenger news was launched hosted on Windows Live Spaces. The first post was "The History of MSN" a good introductory post featuring MSN from it's begginings, all the way to that point. Live Online: Messenger news lack lots of features, and it wasn't a blog at that time, it was an update service that posted when Windows Live Messenger was updated. they incluided some new features and started blogging on Windows Live Hotmail by December. Then they released Live News Toolbar 1.0 beta on December 16, an even though the blog was called Live Online: Messenger News, the toolbar was called Live News
On December 11, 2006 Agustin vera decided that he will move and rename Live Online in order for Live News to grow. On December 16, 2006 Live Online made the move, to a new location, still hosted by Windows Live Spaces. Their last post on the old website revealed that Agustin Vera's main language is spanish, as he posted "Nos Mudamos" meaning "Me Moved" on it's post followed by the link of the new Live News. During this time (December 16 2006 - April 23, 2007) Live News brought new features and services, some of which still exist today. These services were Live News Community and Live News Knoledge Center. Live News Community was a community forum set up on a free hosting community, although Live News Community never got launched because of server errors, and Live News Knoledge Center was hosted on MSN Groups. Also Live News Toolbar got a big update when version 2.0 was launched, mainly because Agustin Vera changed the language in which he writes the toolbar.
