Jeremy "Twitch" Stenberg (born September 27, 1981 in San Diego, California) is a freestyle motocross rider for the Metal Mulisha. He is sponsored by Metal Mulisha, Rockstar Energy Drink, Etnies, and Thor. Stenberg is a three-time X Games medalist, winning a bronze medal at X Games VIII in Philadelphia in Freestyle Motocross and at Winter X Games X in Aspen in the Winter Motocross Best Trick competition. He repeated his Freestyle Motocross bronze medal at X Games XIII in 2007. Beyond the X-Games, Stenberg is a regular competitor on the AST Dew Tour, finishing 2nd in Freestyle Motocross on the 2005 tour. He's also had some success at the Gravity Games, winning a silver medal in freestyle motocross.

Stenberg received his nickname from his Tourette syndrome, which he was diagnosed with at the age of five. He is married and has one child.
