Hiram Bullock (born 11 September 1955) is a Japanese-born jazz funk and jazz fusion guitarist born in Osaka, Japan, most notable for his time on The David Letterman Show and work with David Sanborn, Marcus Miller, Carla Bley, Miles Davis, Ruben Rada (on his famous album "Montevideo") and Gil Evans. In 1986 Bullock released his first album as a leader for Atlantic Records called From All Sides, followed by the album Give It What You Got in 1987.
Also he has his own signature model "cort" guitar which is hsh (humbucker/single/humbucker) and has a maple neck. It also has sperzel tuners and only comes in a tobacco burst finish.
