Flozell Adams (born May 18, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American football Offensive Tackle who currently plays for the Dallas Cowboys of the NFL.

Adams attended Proviso West High School in Hillside, Illinois, from 1990–1994 and was a letterman and a star in football, wrestling, and track and field. In football, he was an All-State selection as a senior, and in wrestling, he went to the state heavyweight wrestling finals as a junior.

Flozell Adams attended Michigan State University. As a senior, he won All-America honors, was named the Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year, and was a semi-finalist for the Outland Trophy and the Lombardi Award. As a sophomore, he was a second team All-Big Ten Conference selection.
