Adam Lamar Jeffries (born May 10, 1974) is an African-American actor. Jeffries is best known for playing in the early 90's sitcoms Thea, alongside singer Brandy Norwood, and True Colors, which ran for three seasons. Jeffries also appeared as a guest star in various series, including Just Shoot Me in 2002. Thea is currently running in syndication on BET.
In addition to his television roles, Jeffries has appeared in the films The Client with Tommy Lee Jones and Ghost Dad with Bill Cosby. His first film role was in the little known urban drama A Nightmare on Drug Street in 1989.
