Shenae Grimes (born October 24, 1989) is a Gemini Award winning Canadian actress. She currently plays the role of Darcy Edwards on Degrassi: The Next Generation. Grimes will be staring as Annie Mills in the new 90210 spin off. She acted in a 2006 Coffee Crisp commercial. She was a recurring guest star on the Disney Channel series Naturally, Sadie as Arden Allcott. She is half Irish on her mother's side.

Grimes has been cast as Marissa in True Confessions of a Hollywood Starlet and Cayenne in Picture This! along side Degrassi: The Next Generation co-star Lauren Collins which premiered on ABC Family, July 13, 2008.

Recently, Shenae participated on a Christmas 7" record by the band Fucked Up entitled "David Christmas". The B-side song includes Shenae's talent along with musical stars and figures like Davey Havok, Scott Vogel, and Nelly Furtado. The record was released on December 15th., and included Grimes' holiday wish of "Merry fucking whatever!" to Toronto.
